Outage & Project Management

Lower Your Risk. Increase Your Value.

Getting the most of out of your scheduled and unscheduled outages or shutdowns is critical to keeping your plant competitive. Today, we are facing challenges with our schedules and budgets which puts constraints on what we can accomplish. And, outages are often the only time to address items put consistent performance at risk. You can’t afford to have someone plan, manage, or execute the work that doesn’t understand how each item impacts performance, reliability, time, and budget so that you are assured reliability, performance, and flexibility for your next run.

Neundorfer helps our customers plan and manage their equipment outages based on performance or condition-based maintenance strategies, making sure that limited resources are applied to the items that reduce the highest risk or result in the most effective performance gain. We are able to create these cost-effective strategies by combining our analytical technology with our experiential knowledge.

Our team works with the owner to develop the best approach to their outage, identifying schedule risks, performance and reliability objectives, and opportunities to synergize multiple activities and optimizing scope activities. On site, our team works to implement the scope of work and communicates progress to the owner. After the outage, our team works with the owner to help them start their planning for the next, providing ample documentation to use for future plans.

What We Do:

  • Pre-outage performance analysis
  • Scope of work development, planning, and budgeting
